Booking Policy

As of March 1st, 2023, em clinic will require all clients to leave a valid credit card on file at the time of scheduling an appointment.

Late Policy

At EM Clinic, we value your time and ours. We strive to provide efficient and quality services to our clients, and we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that cause you to run late. However, to ensure that we can serve all our clients to the best of our ability, we have implemented the following late policy:

  1. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another day or time. This is to ensure that we have enough time to provide you with the full treatment you deserve and to avoid disrupting the schedule of other clients. This may result in you being charged a cancellation fee.
  2. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may not be able to provide the full length of your scheduled treatment.
  3. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you may be charged a cancellation fee.
  4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather, we may make exceptions to our late policy. However, please understand that this will be at our discretion and may not always be possible.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At EM Clinic, we understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We strive to accommodate our clients’ needs and provide the best possible service, but we also need to maintain a fair and efficient schedule for all of our clients. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.
  2. If you fail to provide us with 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00

No-Show Policy:

  1. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing us with any prior notice, you will be considered a no-show resulting in a $50 no show charge.
  2. In the event that 3 short notice cancellation or no shows have been documented you will be required to pre pay for the next treatment in full at time of booking.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond your control. In such cases, we may make exceptions to our cancellation and no-show policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency or unexpected situation.

We appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation and no-show policy. It allows us to provide the best possible service to all our clients and ensures that we can accommodate the needs of as many people as possible. Refunds and Exchange Policy:

At EM Clinic, we take great pride in providing high-quality services and products to our clients. Aesthetic results are varied from client to client and while we do our best to achieve optimal, desired outcomes, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to reach the desired outcome.

There are no refunds on gift certificates, treatments purchased, or treatments rendered. If there is an adverse reaction or the treatment purchased is not optimal for desired outcome the client can receive a clinic credit to put towards another treatment or product. 

Refund and Exchange Policy on Retail Products:

Em clinic will accept returns and exchanges of opened products within 30 days of purchase. If you are having an adverse reaction to a product within 30 days, please contact the clinic so we can contact the manufacturer.
